Small, warm, great location, a little bit noisy at night

All good, i can recommend staying at this flat. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has delicious shampoo and shower gels, the kitchen has all necessary stuff you need.

There was significant noise outside the apartment every night, making it difficult for my family to get proper rest. The disturbances typically lasted from 10:30 PM until around 6:00 AM. My wife and children had to use AirPods with noise cancellation just to sleep, and I relied on earplugs for the past four nights. The noise mainly came from three nearby bars and restaurants in the alley, as well as a nearby nightclub. There were also loud taxi drivers shouting and cars blasting music at high volume. Inside the apartment, the floors were very squeaky and noisy, making it unpleasant to walk around. Basic essentials like toilet paper, garbage bags, and hand soap were not provided, so I had to purchase them myself. The lobby area right outside the room was very dark, and you only had a few seconds to enter or exit, which felt uncomfortable. The kitchen lacks a proper hood for ventilation while cooking. The toilet flush is weak and often requires using the brush multiple times. Additionally, the receptionist neither spoke English nor appeared particularly helpful, which could be problematic if assistance is needed. I wish they had a safe in the apartment. That said, there are some positives. The kitchen itself is well-equipped, the shower is excellent, and the sofa bed is of good quality and size. The master bed is comfortable, there is sufficient storage space for clothes, and the location is ideal.

We enjoyed a lovely one-week stay in this sunny third floor studio in a contemporary building just a stone's throw away from the stunning Paris Opera, Starting from the Opera Metro station, we explored all around Paris either by train or on foot, The flat is located on a peaceful side street that only gets a bit noisy during weekends when the nearby restaurant is bustling with customers, We found the studio to be tidy, cozy and well-stocked, We made use of the washing machine, liked the hot shower, and purchased breakfast essentials from the nearby convenience store, Just a couple of things to note: if using the dryer, remember to check on your clothes regularly as the timer didn't work properly for us and ended up over-drying them, Additionally, there's a slightly unpleasant musty smell coming from one of the lower kitchen cabinets which I mentioned to bnb), Also, don't hesitate to reach out to your local contact for any assistance you may require, Their role is to ensure your satisfaction in order to receive a good review, Joffrey, our contact person, was very prompt in his responses although it would have been nice to meet him in person, Overall, this cozy little studio was perfect for a couple's getaway, but might be a bit cramped for a group of four,

Fenster sind nur einfach verglast und daher sind Geräusche von der Straße nahezu ungedämpft im Zimmer zu hören - Ohrstöpsel nötig Licht im Flur schaltet nach wenigen Sekunden im fensterlosen Flur aus und Handylampe ist zwingend nötig. Hausflur seit Wochen nicht gereinigt. WLAN und Fernseher Stecker waren gezogen und daher alle Fersehsender gelöscht.
