\- Decorated with high quality and design furniture  
\- A very nice area with lots of shops / restaurants and boutiques.  
  
The loft is a 125m2 (about 1300 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.  
  
It has a huge living room with convertible sofa, a TV space, and a dining space. It has an open kitchen with all equipments and 4 double bedrooms with 4\* Queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms, 2 WC toilets and a big dressing.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ...).  
  
Curtains are almost everywhere to bring darkness by night and privacy. The loft is at the ground floor in a courtyard of a nice typical Parisian building with a big garden. It is very quiet and very bright thanks to a lot of windows.
