It has a living room with a sofa bed of excellent quality, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This nice apartment is perfect for family trips , couples and business travelers. Easily accessible and calm.

Comfortable, elegant and air-conditioned this apartment located in the Croulebarbe district is close to Montparnasse, Denfert-Rochereau and the Luxembourg garden.   
  
The accommodation has a living room with an excellent quality sofa bed (120cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200) and a bathroom.   
  
The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.   
  
A superb terrace is at your disposal with deckchairs and table.   
  
This lovely apartment is perfect for family trips, couples and business travelers.
