Au pied du Parc Disneyland Paris, devant la gare RER, à 100 mètres du centre commercial Val d'Europe : vaste appartement de 80m², 4 pièces, 3 chambres dont une suite privée , salle de bain (avec 1 er WC) et 2ème WC séparé dans le couloir. 2 places de parking dans le sous sol sécurisé.  
Appartement équipés pour les familles (lit bébé, chaise haute ect), comme les voyages d'affaires (FIBRE HAUT DEBIT).  
  
Arrivée autonome, au plus proche de toutes les commodités, venant d'être rénové.  
  
The Space:  
Chambre 1 : 1 lit queen size (160 cm) et 1 lit d'appoint (enfant)  
Chambre 2 : 1 lit double (140 cm), 4 lits simples (lits superposés et lit tiroir)  
Chambre 3 : 1 lit queen size dans la suite privée (lavabo et douche)  
Salon : canapé convertible haute qualité, système RAPIDO  
TV 50"  
Jeux enfants, cuisine équipée pour les repas en famille, kit premiers secours, nécessaire de couture, épicerie de base ect.... Les porte-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon sont équipées d'un système de sécurité donc la clef se trouve sur votre porte-clefs.  
  
Vous logerez au plus près du parc : la gare RER est à 50 mètres, vous emmène en 1 station de moins de 2 minutes aux portes du parc Disneyland Paris.  
Pour vos courses un grand Auchan se trouve dans le centre commercial dont vous voyez l'entrée depuis le balcon. En appoint : un monoprix ouvert tard le soir est juste en face de la résidence, à coté de nombreux restaurants et d'une délicieuse boulangerie française.

Vous disposerez de 2 places de parking dans le sous sol de la résidence. Sachez que si vous disposez d'une troisième voiture ou d'un véhicule aux dimensions imposantes, nous pouvons le stationner devant mon entreprise qui se situe à 5 min en voiture.

La gare CHESSY MARNE LA VALLEE est aussi en liaison directe avec l'aéroport ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE.  
Vous arrivez via l'aéroport? En plus des transports en commun, sachez qu'il existe des navettes qui relient les aéroports parisiens aux hôtels Disney: descendez de l'avion et prenez la navette qui dessert la station HOTEL L'ELYSEE. Cet arrêt est à 100 mètres de l'appartement. Attention! cette navette est à réserver en ligne auparavant.
