Situé au rez-de-chaussée, à seulement 50 mètres du métro porte d'Italie, cet appartement offre un accès facile à Paris. Profitez d'une cuisine équipée, et de 2 chambres avec un lit double confortable chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains.

Bienvenue dans ce charmant appartement duplex de 45m2 a paris 13, idéal pour 4 personnes. Niché au rez-de-chaussée d'un bel immeuble, entouré de restaurants et bars animés, il offre une expérience authentique de la vie parisienne. La station de métro à 50 mètres facilite vos déplacements.  
  
La cuisine équipée et les 2 chambres avec lit 160x200 assurent votre confort. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains. Les salle de bains moderne propose une douche à l'italienne. Profitez de la télévision câblée avec Smart TV et Internet haut débit.   
  
Nous fournissons une petite quantité de consommables pour débuter votre séjour (1 papier toilette, 1 savon, 1 champoing et 1 savon pour les main).   
  
Nous fournissons aussi 1 seul grande serviette par personne.
