Bienvenue dans ce magnifique appartement de 60m2, niché au cœur du 12ème arrondissement de Paris. Idéal pour quatre personnes, cet espace au 4ème étage (sans ascenseur) offre une atmosphère chaleureuse avec des restaurants et bars à proximité, et une station de métro à 100m pour explorer la ville.  
  
L'appartement comprend une cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, plaque de cuisson, et une machine à café Dolce Gusto. La chambre principale propose un lit 160\*200, tandis que le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit pour plus de flexibilité.
