Loft lumineux pour trois personnes dans un quartier typiquement parisien.

Ce charmant loft de 40 m2 est situé dans un immeuble moderne et familial, dans le 17e arrondissement de Paris. L'immeuble a été entièrement réhabilité, dans un style très épuré et design. Il est situé au premier étage, très confortable pour 2 personnes mais il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec le canapé lit. Il est constitué d'un grand espace ouvert et baigné de lumière grâce à la grande baie vitrée sur toute la longueur, qui donne sur un charmant patio au calme et grâce aux puits de lumière supplémentaires dans le plafond. L'entrée est constituée d'un escalier menant directement au loft, vous passerez ensuite de la cuisine au salon, puis à la chambre et enfin à la salle de bain. L'aménagement et l'ameublement, constitués à la fois d'antiquités et d'un espace très moderne vous feront vous sentir très à l'aise pour votre séjour parisien.  
  
Le quartier est très agréable également, avec tous les commerces, un supermarché, des charmants cafés et restaurants directement dans la rue. Les métros Brochant ou Guy Môquet, ainsi que le bus, sont situés à moins de 5 mn à pied, vous pourrez très facilement rejoindre tous les lieux phares de Paris comme la Tour Eiffel, le Parc Monceau, Montmartre et le Sacré Coeur ou encore l'Opéra Garnier et le Musée du Louvre en 15 minutes.  
  
Le quartier Monceau-Batignolles-Maillot s'étend sur tout le XVIIème arrondissement. Il est délimité au Sud-Est par la Place de Clichy. Lieu de rendez-vous et carrefour, cette place est très fréquentée de jour comme de nuit. Un grand cinéma, le Pathé Wepler, et de nombreuses brasseries vous y attendent, c'est un quartier très vivant. Il faut emprunter la rue des Dames, se perdre dans les ruelles pour atteindre le square de Batignolles, havre de verdure. De ce côté, c'est un quartier résidentiel et agréable à vivre. L'Est du XVIIème arrondissement est plus populaire que l'Ouest, vers Wagram, où le quartier devient plus prestigieux ; les façades haussmanniennes s'harmonisent. En descendant le boulevard Malesherbes vous trouverez le parc Monceau où vous pourrez admirer ses paysages de verdure, le peintre Monet venait y peindre. Il y a aussi le musée Cernushi, consacré aux arts asiatiques. Plus à l'Ouest, la place des Ternes, avec ses nombreux commerces. Et enfin au Sud Ouest, vous trouverez le Palais des Congrès et la Porte Maillot. C'est un quartier calme et idéal pour séjourner, situé au Nord-Ouest de Paris, peu desservi par le métro mais par de nombreux bus.
