Apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator, located in the heart of Paris between rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.  
At the foot of the apartment are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.  
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with family, couples or friends (4 people).  
  
28m2 apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator which includes:  
\- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi  
\- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing/drying machine, dishwasher)

\- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet  
  
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
