They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The towels and bed spreadsheets are changed only once per week so they were not changed at all during my 7 nights stay! To get a change they propose extra fees. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. Yet I was not refunded because there is no possibility to solve any problems at night for the manager is not there. Finally, the kitchen has a terrible sound all the time. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow.
