It was clean, well appointed, and plenty of room for 4 people (2 adult couples). The location is incredible - the Marais and the city are at the doorstep of the apartment. We had a wonderful (seriously!) stay at one of the busiest neighborhoods in Paris, while enjoying the quiet provided by a quaint open-air concourse. We were greeted by a most helpful and responsive manager who provided keys and general instructions to settle in. After that we enjoyed walking to pick up everything we needed at home, a universe of restaurants and bistros within a few blocks in any direction, 5 blocks to the Seine or 1 block (literally) to the St Paul subway station. We are very grateful for this pearl in Marais. Spoiler alert: the lovely wood floors can seem noisy and intimidate at first, but you won’t hear a sound in your bedroom. ##### Pablo B. It was nicely located in the Maris district only a Short walk to the metro, taxis and many restaurants. Very clean and well decorated. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen had everything we would need for cooking some meals. There we’re four of us ( two teenager grandchildren and us) and the property worked well for us. The on site property manager was great and helped us with anything we needed.
