Situated on rue Gauthey, it enjoys an exclusive location in the Batignolles. At a walking distance of Montmartre, this lively district is full of restaurants and friendly places, while enjoying the romantic and cultural districts of the capital.

On the second floor whitout elevator.

Imagined by our architects, this air-conditioned flat has been carefully designed to perfectly match the bohemian style of the district in which it is located.  
  
The flat opens onto a living room bathed in natural light, whose modern decor and elegant furnishings reflect all the charm of Paris. There is a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for two, and a connected TV. The dining area features a beautiful table that invites you to share convivial moments.  
  
The kitchen, made of wood, is functional and fully equipped for cooking to your heart's content.   
  
The bedroom has a king-size bed, and plenty of storage space. Please note that the bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning.  
  
The en suite bathroom has a beautiful shower and WC.  
  
From floor to ceiling, this flat is decorated with high-quality, timeless materials, such as herringbone parquet flooring, marble and the various wall mouldings typical of Haussmann flats.
