We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.

A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.

48 hours after your departure, it will be charged, or not, by the owner, in the event of holidays, or general non-compliance with the regulations.



In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



You will find everything you need for a comfortable and lovely stay in Paris, for up to 10 people. The apartment is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, toaster and TV.



In the open space kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a microwave,an oven, a freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a toaster and a kettle, that is all you need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family .



In the living room, as in the rooms, everything has been designed for your comfort and well-being.



Tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, in shades of gray and wood, will make you feel its uniqueness.



You will love the 3 rd district of Paris full of history and especially the Marais where our apartment is located.



This historic area is now one of the most visited districts of the French capital, for its architectural heritage as well as its unique vibes. The district is shaped like a triangle, bordered respectively by Place de la Bastille, Place de la République and the Hôtel de Ville. It has a number of private mansions dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, some of which have been converted into internationally renowned museums such as the Musée Picasso, the Maison de Victor Hugo and the Musée Carnavalet.



In The Marais area, you will find plenty of trendy shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the famous department store, the BHV Marais.
