Ce studio de 30 m2 est un véritable petit bijou pour deux personnes, situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur a Paris 18\. Il est parfaitement situé, à proximité immédiate de restaurants et de bars, et à seulement 100 mètres de la station de métro la plus proche.  
  
L'appartement est équipé d'une cuisine moderne avec un frigo, un micro-ondes, une plaque de cuisson, une machine à café dolce gust, une bouilloire, un grille pain, une machine a laver et sécher. Une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de bain dans la chambre avec douche et toilette separee. Vous trouverez également un sèche-cheveux, des rangements, des draps, savon et serviettes fournis pour votre confort.
