It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. The layout is as follows: \- Large, inviting living room with 2 double sofa beds, TV and dining table \- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules \- Cosy master bedroom with double bed and TV \- Elegant bedroom 2 with double bed, TV \- Charming bedroom 3 with double bed, TV \- 3 Relaxing bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hair dryer. \- 3 WC, two in the bathroom and one separate from the bathroom \- Terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower ideal for a Parisian breakfast Take advantage of the many conveniences available in the apartment: \- Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron, Large-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi \- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine \- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person In this apartment, you'll have all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail. However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation. Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. Located in the heart of Paris, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by. Eiffel Tower: less than 25 minutes on foot (estimate based on given address) Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles: Just a 10-minute walk away. Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs. Embark on an authentic and memorable Parisian adventure, immersed in the heart of the city! Metro line 8: Commerce station (about 500m away) Metro line 12: Convention station (approx. 800m away) These metro stations, located close to Suite 185 Five, will enable you to get around Paris easily and to quickly reach the city's main sights and attractions (Champs-Élysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower...).
