We had the most wonderful stay at Eric's apartment during our children's spring break. The flat was exactly as described, fully stocked, and suited our family of 6 (two adults, four children ages 4-11) perfectly. It was conveniently located, nearby the Eiffel Tower (with beautiful views of the tower), convenient to the metro, and many restaurants. Eric provided us with very helpful details about the flat and neighborhood, including several delicious restaurants/food shops, in advance. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the Rue Cler, multiple Metro Stations and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We were lucky enough to be able to view the Bastille Day fireworks from the comfort of the balconies - but we enjoyed those balconies every other day as well! The apartment is spacious, the art work is beautiful and so much fun, the beds comfortable, and although it was quite hot the week we spent in Paris, we were able to get breeze through the apartment with open windows and quality fans. Eric was so helpful and easy to work with. Truly an exceptional stay.
