It's location on 1/2 a block from the Seine and between Notre Dame and the Louvre was perfect. Lots to do near by. I think it is useful to clarify the bath and sleeping arrangement. On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining room with one pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms (1 queen and a single bed in each) and one split bathroom, meaning that the toilet is in a different room than the sink and shower. Downstairs in basically a playroom with 2 pull out couches and 2 full bathrooms. ##### Tina G. It worked great for our family of 5\. Only downside was there was a leak in the flat, apparently from the air conditioning unit. The floor was soft and warped, and ultimately they had to shut off the AC. That was disappointing as that was a key feature we wanted in our rental.
