Building has a private courtyard and the apartment is modern, with full-amenities and is quiet. Secure building, access by code only. Steps away is the building in which Hemingway lived. In the immediate neighborhood you will find the Place Monge, the heart of the Latin Quarter, The Panthéon and the Jardins du Luxembourg, wonderful historical French gardens. Many shops, restaurants and stores are close to the apartment ; Bakery, meat and fish markets, Supermarket, Open air market, bowling alley, swimming pool, movie theater, numerous variety of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy. 10 minute pleasant walk to the steps of Notre Dame, Blvd St. Germain and the Seine. It’s in a quiet area off the main streets and comfy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars with online listing is because it mentioned there was air-conditioning which there is, but it must be shut off at 11pm. So it could not be used when we were sleeping which normally would be fine because Paris cools off at night and opening the windows would be perfect but we happened to be there when it was 90-100 degrees and it just did not cool off night enough. I appreciated the one fan available but another one would be useful if this heat attacks Paris again. ##### Heather C. It was exactly as advertised. The entire process was flawless. The neighborhood was perfect. Ms. Yoyo was great and very informative. The owner Keira was great. They check in was very easy. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The Best, however, was Yoli, the Wonder Woman who helped us when I realized I booked for 1 day short of our stay. She packed us up & helped find a hotel for 1 night. That goes above & beyond I recommend this apartment! ##### Lillian T. We were away from the tourist part of the city and felt like we got a much better feel for life in Paris. Restaurants, shoos and the metro are so close. The beds were really comfortable, even when I had to sleep on the pullout couch to support a child having a nightmare…and THAT was even comfortable! Highly recommend! ##### KT A. This was our first visit to Paris and wanted to live in the heart of Paris and be with locals! We absolutely got it! The neighborhood was wonderful with lots of bars, eateries, and shops to visit. Close walk to metro systems to reach all of Paris attractions. The apartment was secure, quiet, and had all the amenities one would want or need. This was a wonderful visit for us. ##### Pat F.
