"All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible."

"Our stay at the palazzo was one of the best stays we have ever had in a long time! The staff and the hospitality they have shown to us was amazing! From the very beginning of our booking until the day we left we were treated like royalty. Caterina always had answers, suggestions, for all our needs. Our breakfast always "yummy" and prepare by the most caring, lovely Laurie! Language was not barrier; you don't need to speak the same language to know kindness. The palazzo is gorgeous inside and out, if you have any mobility issues, they do have an elevator which was A+ for us. All this to say, if you ever are in the vicinity of Squinzano or close to it and need a place to stay where you be taking care of and have and excellent time, I recommend the stay at the Palazzo de Castro. If there were more stars to give, I would give more!!! Denisse, Dexter & Angela"
