Das Zimmer und das Bad sind ausreichend groß und es ist sehr sauber. Francesco (Host) ist sehr gut erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet innerhalb von Minuten. Kostenlose und immer verfügbare Parkplätze direkt an der Straße. Lediglich das Thema Frühstück sollte neu überdacht werden. Man erhält für 2,50€ pP einen Coupon für das nahegelegene Bistro. Was an sich auch ok ist. Problem ist nur, dass es im Bistro selbst genau so viel kostet. Man erhält ein Kaffee (1,50€) und ein süßes Stück (1€) für den Preis, was für ein Frühstück zu wenig ist. Möchte man etwas salziges wie z.B. Rührei (6€), muss man den zu hohen Preis selbst bezahlen. Daher kann man nicht von einem Frühstücksangebot bzw. Bed & Breakfast sprechen. Wir haben eine andere, qualitativ hochwertige Bäckerei gefunden, bei der wir deutlich weniger für ein reichhaltiges Frühstück gezahlt haben. Francesco is a nice host and efficient in arranging the check in tome the night before via WhatsApp! I find this to be prevalent in Italy and it’s such a nice touch that way guests can plan their arrival and immediately check in and not waste any time! Room was nicely appointed and comfortable with modern amenities! My one issue was the shower in room 1! It’s super tiny size of 2 ft x 2 ft! Any adult would find it a challenge to shower in that tiny space. Overall a pleasant stay with easy access to the old town! La habitacion preciosa y muy limpia y cómoda. Había leído comentarios excelentes sobre el desayuno pero ahora nl lo sirven en el hotel y te dan un ticket para bar. Para 2 personas hemos pedido 2 zumos, 2 croissants y 1 donut y tuvimos que pagar 2 euros....y además no estaba rico. Ma il merito va tutto al proprietario Francesco che fa la differenza tra gli altri alloggi.
