"Lovely hotel, nice staff. Entrance / reception slight unusual and leads to a less friendly interface. Oversized table. We had booked a loft room which is a very large space and therefore less cozy compared to our previous stay in a standard room. The room had a secondary fan / somewhat noisey ventilation system separate to the air conditioning system which after an interaction with reception and maintenance they were able to turn off. Otherwise a lovely hotel"

"Wonderful, scenic location with outstanding views of. With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). The restaurant was simply excellent - the staff, the food, the setting. Though not our intention, we dined at the property each evening given how beautiful and satisfying it all was. The menu is large and the pasta and desserts were particularly sublime. The hotel staff was beyond hospitable. Cannot recommend enough."
