The Beach Vanuatu

10/10 Excellent

"Everything is fabulous ... love this place!!!"

Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu

10/10 Excellent

"This wasn’t our first time staying here, and we absolutely love this resort! We were upgraded to a waterfront villa, and it was exceptional! Beautifully renovated, fresh, modern, and everything looked brand new. 10/10! The staff could be a little more friendly and attentive, especially at the pool bar. 8/10 Our son absolutely loved the kids’ club! However, the floor was quite dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my 1-year-old crawl around there. The toys could also use an update. 8/10 The food was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. We stayed at Iririki Resort for a few nights towards the end of our holiday, and the food there was noticeably better. Overall, it’s a beautiful tropical resort with a lovely atmosphere. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"

Erakor Island Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed 5 nights. Loved the island and easy to get to and from on the boat. 3 minute ride. From there a 5 min walk to main road where you can catch a taxi bus to port vila 10 mins away.we stayed in the ocean view rooms which are brand new and more being built. Spacious in design and facing west. The resort is not new but well managed. Enjoyed our stay. Very laid back experience"

Poppys On The Lagoon

8/10 Good

"There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point"

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Paradise Point?

The best area to stay in Paradise Point is along the main coastline, particularly around the Farea Road and Bukura Road junction, which offers convenient access to the area's main attractions.

This central coastal strip is where you'll find most of the quality accommodation options, often with direct beach access or stunning ocean views. It's a relaxed setting, great for those looking to unwind, with the gentle rhythm of the waves as a constant backdrop. The road itself connects easily to Port Vila for day trips or necessities.

Couples often find this area ideal for a romantic getaway. Many resorts here cater to adults, offering private bungalows, beachfront dining, and activities like snorkelling or paddleboarding right on their doorstep.

When is the best time to go to Paradise Point?

The best time to go to Paradise Point is during the dry season, which runs from May to October.

During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny days with comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 20°C to 28°C. This period offers the clearest skies and calmest waters, which are ideal for enjoying the island's natural beauty and outdoor activities.

This season is particularly good for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The low humidity makes it pleasant for lounging by the ocean or exploring the local areas without the stickiness that can come with tropical climates. It's also the best time for water-based excursions like snorkelling and diving, as underwater visibility is at its peak.

Travellers who enjoy exploring the island's landscape will also find the dry season perfect.
