Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. "The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊"

"Het is een mooi ogend hotel in op een centrale plek nabij het nationale park. Wij waren er vroeg, maar dat was geen probleem, helaas was de kamer met zwembad zicht dus ook berg zicht niet beschikbaar die wel geboekt. De toegewezen ruime kamer oogde schoon, maar in detail absoluut niet. Het was zeer vies onder en langs het bed en in de kast. Kapotte blikjes frisdrank op de koelkast. De koelkast zelf was leeg en stond uit. het beddengoed had diverse vlekken en brandgaten oftewel zijn beste tijd...

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"I highly recommend staying at Phong Nga Mountain House. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hostess and her family showed the epitome of hospitality and thoughtfulness. I arrived too early, so the room wasn't ready. When I came back to check in, the hostess already turned on the AC and hot water for the shower for me. I had to check out at 5am and the hostess was already up and prepare a take away breakfast for me. I would stay there again if I am in town again. The only negative was the dining area is swarming with mosquitos that bite through the pants. "
