"This property is not convenient to where all the action is in this town and is a sketchy part of town off the beaten track. There is NO Air Conditioning at this property, just a fan in the room, if you are on the first floor and open the window, anyone walking past can see straight into your room. There was a lot of guests 'hanging around' in the car park late on Friday night and lots of doors slamming until at least midnight.
