Very large spacious room with full kitchenette. The room had a sliding glass door but only skylight windows. There was no air conditioning and no chance for cross ventilation.

Staff were friendly. Our room was full of dark cobwebs on the ceiling and behind the bedside cabinets when we moved them to plug in phone chargers.

The staff were lovely but the property needs an upgrade. The shower water floods out to the carpet. The upstairs water drains noisily outside the windows. condensation is a huge problem so windows had to be opened even when very cold.

I really chose this property because it was central for the time we were in Christchurch, airport / city / friends. The room was a great size, quiet even though close to a main road, fabulous bed & shower. The lady in Reception was lovely and very helpful. Very happy with our accommodation.

Property is about 15 to 20mins away from city if traffic good. North-lands shopping center is just down the road. Friendly staff when they are in the office.

The property was fine, it had everything required. I loved the spa bath and the rooms are spacious and quiet. They could make it more appealing by putting a bedspread over the single bed in the lounge and a full length mirror in the bedroom, as well as more than 2 clothhangers in the wardrobe. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, motel was clean. Extras include digital clock and microwave set with correct time. Close to Christchurch International airport and 10 minute walk to the mall. Units serviced daily. Highly recommend.

Holes in the walls badly plastered or just left, flaking paint in areas, mould in the bathroom at the bottom around the join of the tiles. The chairs needed to be tightened with an allen key as they felt like they'd collapse. BUT beds were comfy, family room has seperate room for kids which was great and the bedding and towels and overall cleanlyness was good. Fine budget hotel for a couple of nights

Nice motel but noisy pipes.
It was a nice motel and the room we had was the disability unit. The bathroom really needed a bit of attention as the wet area shower is well over due for a replacement as it had quite a few nicks out of it and just didn't give the appearance of being very clean. Apart from that the living area was lovely. I didn'tsleep well at all as having a unit above us was not great as the pipes from their toilet made a harendous noise every time it was flushed which that night was very often, I would make a suggestion of having that looked at as we won't come back to that unit purely for that reason.

Disappointed we had booked a unit with 2 rooms for 3 adults. Ended up 2 units were booked and we had to pay for a unit we didn't even step foot in. Felt owners could have helped sort obvious mix up out.

Convenient to Main North Road and Northlands Mall
Staying at the Papanui Court Motel for nearly two weeks proved to be the best choice we have made in a motel. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff including the cleaners were friendly, obliging and always willing to assist. The Papanui Cout Motel would definitely be our first choice for accommodation on our next stay in Christchurch. Thank you Shirley for a wonderful stay.

Large and clean room with great shower!
Very good value motel. We were in the studio and there was heaps of space! The stuff is a tiny bit old but it’s all very clean and worked well. We had come from camping in the rain so the great shower was appreciated!

Good Value for Money
Good tidy, spacious, sound proofed rooms. Suited our stay perfectly being close to Northlands Mall and to family. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Would stay again no problem.
