"The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. The breakfast was very nice; fresh fruit bowl, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter and jam. The coffee and hot water for tea are on all day. When we asked for milk for our coffee, we were served warmed milk! How nice! The service and staff could not be more accommodating and warm - we really enjoyed the staff, service, meals and beautiful property. There are security cameras all around, and a door that has to be opened from the staff, in order to enter the property. I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the wonderful people who work so hard to make our visit a nice one. We had to leave for the airport and 3:00 am and the sweet lady at the front desk was up, and had called the shuttle driver who arrived promptly at 3:00 am. Thanks to all! Should we return to this area we will most certainly stay at Springhills Airport again!"

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel we had to upgrade our room on the 13th floor and I paid extra money for the same. The first room we got from Expedia was just a basic room and it was rundown. I would expect this hotel to be renovated from top to bottom on the 13th floor. The service was excellent room was great, but the bathtub was very old and difficult to get in and out, and there are fall risks for a lot of people up there without any safety bars excellent service by the concierge at the 13th floor executive general area excellent drinks, breakfast lunch food and servers were excellent. I would give them 10 or 10 but the property needs to be updated to keep up with the standard."

"Nice hotel for my purposes which as a quick stop. Rooms are clean, working well, and good size. Water hot within seconds. Windows opens onto the corridor. Great bed and good quality sleep. Restaurant is good for dinner with some local recipes and steaks."

"They have an excellent breakfast with a large variety of food, juices and other drinks. They also offer dinner, some evenings it is menu some evenings it is buffet which is so nice since there is no restaurant within walking distance. Everything worked well, the king size bed was very comfortable. The tours we booked came right to the hotel to pick us up so we didn't need a rental car and when they arrived the front desk called our room to notify us if we weren't in the lobby. They were so helpful with all of our needs."

"It was our first time in this hotel and it’s a hidden jewel. An old traditional house and farm transformed into a beautiful boutique hotel. Great service, on time shuttle, very comfortable room, delicious food. We would like to come back with family for a longer stay"
