Clean room, nice bed and nice garden. Couldn't use the pool because of an event. Blaring music and partying all night long. No food options between 3pm and 6pm despite an advertisement in the room for after hours pizza option. Front desk never answered phone or whatsapp. Inquired at front desk about pizza options and they said to come back in half an hour, came back and was met with sarcasm from a different staff member to maybe try a restaurant for food. When I was checking out they stated I had an outstanding restaurant charge, which I did not. When I asked when the charge occurred, the staff member asked why I couldn't remember when I ate. Plenty of friendlier hotels in the area to go to.

The breakfast was wonderful and everything was very fresh. The rooms were clean, but to keep the airplane noise down, it is necessary to keep the windows closed--which leads to a warm room as the night progresses. The pillows they provide are rock hard and, hopefully, they listened to our recommendation and have changed them to ones that are more comfortable. They offer water from a 5-gallon bottle from which you can fill up a large glass jug they provided in the rooms. The grounds are enormous and well-maintained. Llamas wonder around mowing the lawn.

A delightful place about 20 min drive from airport. Breakfast was included as well as airport transfers. Lovely gardens with Llamas, peacocks and ducks roaming the extensive property.

Lovely Property!

Lovely grounds! Great place for a stay in Quito. Very nice staff who gave us a ride to the airport. The property is peaceful (except when the neighbors were blaring their music outdoors--although the hotel is obviously well-insulated, because we could not hear it in the rooms.) We were passing through, but I wish we could have had time to just enjoy the outdoors.
