"We needed to leave the hotel on 4:00 in the morning and we asked if there are any kinds of breakfast box available. Person at reception said no, but coffee stand is available in the restaurant from 3:00. So we went to the restaurant on 3:50 to grab coffee, but there were sandwiches and some pastries! If we knew it, we had gone to the restaurant earlier, or if hotel can just provide to go box, it can be breakfast box! In addition, there was coffee stand but no paper cups. If hotel can provide paper cup and to go box, it would be very nice for the guests who need to leave hotel early in the morning to catch the early morning flight. "

"All the employees are kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruits, local juices and wellness / detox juices, cheeses, ham, Ecuadorian hot dishes and sides like yuca and chia pancakes, made-to-order omelettes, breads, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu is equally varied and delicious. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was remarkable, waited an hour for my late flight. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The town is small and the locals are friendly. This is my 4th time to stay here and I hope to return !"

"We stayed one night. It’s a beautiful property with lots of green and animals around. They have a restaurant with a few dinner options and good prices. Sound isolation is not great but it was okay for one night. They offered to take us back to the airport for five dollars."

"The one night stay was really good! the room is modern with awesome coffee maker. The only complaint was being the hotel is near the airport, if a room is available, we should be able to check in. We showed up at Noon, we have to wait few hours till check in time. We were not able to rest for the following flight that leave 6am. We have to check out 3 hours early for international flight :("

"This property is in a terrible, unsafe neighborhood ! Not sure how they can call this a “wildlife or wilderness reserve “. That is false advertising. Could not sleep at night with all the dogs barking and planes coming and landing overhead. The rooms had bugs crawling on the floor and doorknobs fell off when used them. We were to stay there for 3 nights a but checked out after 1 night. They did make a good pizza…!"
