"SuiTree was a wonderful place to stay for my first trip to Costa Rica. The reception on arrival was warm and welcoming. The room was exactly as pictured - no surprises and everything was in working order. The staff were excellent - every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to be of service. Special mentions go to Grace, Carlos, and Johnny who made the experience exceptional! Since I traveled during the low season, the property was undergoing some renovations, but this was made known in advance of my travel. Also, with it being the low season for tourists - easily getting a table for breakfast and dinner and receiving such personal attention was very nice. Speaking of the restaurant, Taru, the food was phenomenal! I tried multiple different dishes over breakfasts and dinners and all were delicious. The only issue that I ran into was when taking an Uber, the maps for the drivers gave incorrect directions. I’ll mention that you can get transfers directly from the hotel, but I made a last-minute decision to go to the beach and used Uber instead. I approached Grace and explained the issue and she generously provided directions to the driver and made sure I knew the correct way to get back if the issue arose on return. Of note on Uber - it was very safe with both my drivers using trip recording for added security. For excursions, I used Wild Papagayo and highly recommend them. SuiTree delivered on being an excellent experience!"

"Beautiful large house with amazing views. It is well equipped and Accommodated our 3 generations (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 teenage granddaughters.) very comfortably. We all used the infinity pool, had a chef cook us dinner one night. Zindis planned our transportation, including a full day at nearby Diamante Eco Park, and the chef. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend - both the house and Zindis! Special thanks to our Zindis concierge Javier and our great driver Marlon! Get the chef too- delicious gourmet dinner!"

"The condo is steps from the pool and pool bar. The condo is nicely stocked with everything you need. It is close to restaurants, bars and grocery/liquor. Having a golf cart was fun, but not necessary. We enjoyed it because it is very hot in CR and walking to eat etc would be very warm. It was also nice to bring things back from the market and liquour stone. The grounds were very well kept and the beach club was nice but we enjoyed the pools better. The only thing that I would suggest is the condo could use some sprucing up with paint and the bath and bed doors were in not great shape. Pool cooler and beach chairs were nice, Rich Coast was easy to communicate with."

"Our group of 14 said this was the best trips we've ever had as a family, if not the best! When my husband and I travel solo, we enjoy resorts with exceptional service- such as Rosewood or the Four Seasons- and Villa Buena Onda exceeded our expectations. In a private rental you usually don't get the same level of service as you do at a resort (nor do I expect it). However, Villa Buena Onda provides a full service experienceFrom before booking to check out, Charlie was amazing! He replied promptly with detail to my questions (I had a lot)On a day to day basis, we had Samuel, Ashley &Nela on staff. Nela made delicious meals every day and was so sweet to make a cake for one of our guest's birthday. Ashley & Samuel took care of anything we needed during the day. A few went deep sea fishing. Samuel offered to clean the fish and then staff prepared it for lunch for us (even though we did not have lunch included in our meal plan- more on that later- and expected to clean the fish ourselves).The villa was gorgeous. Rooms were comfortable & well stocked.The grounds and outdoor setup provide your own private oasis. The covered lounge area with fans made it pleasant to sit outside all day by the pool. The spa is a nice touch and recommended. I recommend adding the full bar to the meal plan. We opted NOT to do it because there were a couple people in our group who don't drink, but in hindsight it would have been easier and well worth it. I highly recommend Villa Buena Onda!"
