"This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed in the management of the the property. Arriving guests had to wait a long time to check In and to get simple questions answered. They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. They have limited towels and the food was horrible. There were very limited food choices and it was bland to taste. We tried the specialty dinning and the food was not good at all. We had to check out early due to having to drive 3 hours to another airport. The attendant would not let us exit without a piece of paper and this caused us to travel late during the night. If the lines weren’t so long we should have just been able to leave.
I would not stay here again unless they made a lot of changes to their iteniary. "

"The property location was perfect! Beach access, close to restaurants bars and stores. The place was clean and had all of the modern creature comforts like wi-fi, tv, and plenty of places to plug in electronics. Bedroom was comfortable and porch was very pleasant. Wish we had stayed longer."

"This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I did far less research than I normally do. I don’t know if it was the quietness of the season or in Playa Hermosa is as sleepy as it seemed. We felt like we stumbled into a great find. The accommodations were very nice, spacious and clean, and in good repair. The location is easy to get to but far enough off the main road to cut down on noise. Super easy access to the favorite beach we found. Hermosa was clean and quiet, almost felt private. We walked down most days, 8 minutes or so. The layout worked great for us, parents and a 21 yr old child, but wouldn’t be as good for 2 couples. The foam top in the main bedroom was far too soft for our liking. You might love it. "
