  • Relax in a beautiful, secluded 3-bedroom Paonia getaway surrounded on three sides by orchards, just minutes outside downtown Paonia. Be sure to visit the 5680' Vineyards Tasting room just steps away from your front door. Experience the serenity and beauty of Paonia with visits from the local deer herds at dusk.

    A great ranch layout in a beautiful orchard surrounding outside of town but reachable with a 5 minute walk.

    Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is clean, spacious, functional and tastefully decorated. The perfect home for family gatherings - open spaces large enough for late night games, conversation and laughter.

    The space provides everything you need and more! A great deck out back, orchards surrounding the home and a tasting room next door are just a few of the many perks!

    Other Highlights:

    5680' Vineyards is located right next door. Owner and winemaker, Rob Kimball, has been tending to his vines since 2003, producing some of the finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot in the West Elks AVA.
    Friday-Sunday, 11AM-6PM

    First Fruits packs all of their local organic fruit right next door! Most guests take full advantage by introducing themselves and getting some mouth watering pears, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums and/or apples.
