Rural Apartment in the Mountains

Beautiful apartment located in Panticosa, the premier mountain destination in the Pyrenees.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people. It has two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds and a double bed.

The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is an ideal apartment for spending a few days with family, enjoying the natural mountain setting

There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds), for a total of 5 beds.

The living room is open and connected to the kitchen.

There are two sofas in the dining room, but they are not recommended for sleeping.

There is also a fully equipped bathroom.

The accommodation has all the necessary amenities.

There are closets in the rooms for storing clothes.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, dishwasher, etc.

Towels, sheets, a cleaning kit, and shampoo are also provided.

Airbnb and phone support are available.

The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
