My kids loved the pools. A cold pool with slides, a hot pool which was great for us parents and two hot tubs. Unfortunately because it was summer and not ski season not all the restaurants were open so it would have been nice if they were for availability and the options.

Absolutely beautiful place! Panorama Mountain Resort is a fantastic destination surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The views are spectacular, the atmosphere is peaceful, and there are plenty of activities for families, couples, and outdoor lovers. The hot pools are a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The resort offers a wonderful combination of nature, adventure, and relaxation. We had a memorable experience and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful mountain getaway! 🏔️

The staff were very attentive to any requests we had. The coffee maker we went to use was leaking and the staff brought a replacement coffee maker very promptly which we appreciated.

The location was good, the studio condo was ok. The tv was unusually small. It was loud with kids and families running up the hallways but it wasn’t busy so it didn’t last until very late. The hot pools were Good Friday night but were very busy on Saturday, people changing their babies by the pool we had to leave.

Spent 4 nights here with our kids. Overall it was a good trip but there were some small issues. Prior to arrival I had messaged to see if we needed to bring bedding as it said premium bedding then sheets not supplied-never got a response but upon arrival there was sheets and bedding. (they did take my expensive pillow case when they cleaned the room though from my personal pillow :( Room wasn’t spotless (m&m’s under the bed, garbage under furniture ect. But overall it was fine). My biggest disappointment was that they have a 25% off attractions deal (for the coaster, aerial park ect.)when your staying at the resort but it doesn’t apply to anyone who books through Expedia. They should put that info somewhere so people know. Pool is smaller than photos and often had no towels. We encountered lots of greet staff but also some grumpy ones at the pool and the aerial park. Our time at the aerial park seemed to have been oversold by accident so 16 were starting off climbing at the same time which wasn’t ideal, even the instructor said something wasn’t right with the numbers. We had one defective clip that just wouldn’t pick up the magnet system and everyone seemed annoyed when I asked for help (not our first time using this system). Overall my kids had fun but the coaster line was a 2 hr wait for a very short ride (we prefer revelstoke) and some attractions are pricey which is to be expected.

What a gem!

Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)

We enjoyed our stay as we had lots of activities to explore and we absolutely loved the pools. We were especially looking forward to the water slides but a week before our arrival, we were informed they were under repair which we understand is a common thing. There was no compensable offer made which was disappointing.

It got a bit warm without air conditioning but thankfully the nights cooled off and so still had a good nights sleep! Didn’t spend much time in there during the day cause there’s a lot of fun things to do right close by 😄

The pull out couch was covered in popcorn kernels. I can understand eating popcorn and watching movies but I would hope my cleaning crew would be more thorough. The resort is fancy and lovely. I have been here before and I will return again. I remain hopeful that most guests and hosts will be considerate of each other.

Love panorama but the pool was a bit merky water was way to cold in the cool pool. The place we stayed was ok but not clean dishes were coverred in film and food. Not a great place to stay i have stayed in much better there.

The activities at the resort are great for families. A little on the pricey side, but pool was fantastic. Our room had no screen on our patio door so with no air conditioning the room was hot and we didn’t really have a way to cool it. The bed was not very comfortable and bedding was poor quality. For the price I would expect better bedding. Kids still had a blast so it was worth it.

We booked the Summit Lodge. I booked this as A/C was promised, that turned out to just be 2 standing fans. Every dish was dirty and had to be rewashed, bring your own dishwasher tablets though as none are provided. Half the plugs in the room did not work and both the towels and bed sheets had yellow stains. The resort itself is beautiful and the amenities are great but the accommodations are quite outdated for the price.
