Has an attractive and comfortable living area with a 50” smart TV including a comfy queen sleeper sofa that can provide additional sleeping space for kids and 3 additional chairs to relax and enjoy watching your favorite movie. This carriage house has a large private balcony with a nice teak wood table setup for guests to sit back and relax – enjoy breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The upstairs loft provides comfortable sleeping arrangements with a large king size bed, 43” smart TV and cozy sitting area.
