Located in The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach, Coastal Soul is your perfect upscale beach retreat. This 3-bedroom condo sleeps 8 and is located on the 3rd floor in building D, providing a bird’s eye view of 30A and even a little peek at the Gulf! Coastal Soul completely remodeled in 2022 with new furnishings, custom kitchen, designer spa master bath, and fresh coastal decor throughout. The sophisticated, open-concept feel to this condo makes for a welcoming and relaxing spot after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal and snack prep needs. There's seating for 4 at the bar and 6 more at the dining table, plus there is seating on the balcony for 4.

VILLAGE OF SOUTH WALTON
The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida.
