The staff was fine, but there was a woman in our room who insisted on keeping the air conditioning off and the lights off!! She was very rude and I found out from staff that she had been getting into yelling fights with other guests. The owner should have thrown her out immediately but they gave her too many second chances! Ugh! There really aren’t any laundry facilities nearby, only a dry cleaner. Also the staff doesn’t speak English so have your translator app ready.

Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, but I did have to ring the doorbell for 10 minutes when I first arrived before someone finally answered. I also had to vacate the large shared room I was in and sleep on a sofa outside the room because someone had turned up the A/C to a level too high for my comfort.

Other than a good location and being cheap, I would not recommend this place. The front desk is never around and is not friendly. I booked and paid for a seven bed and put me in a 20 bed instead. There are better places to stay.

This place is amazing! Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Haven’t left and we are making plans already to return with more friends.

Clean and comfortable. Sleeping area is air-conditioned through the day. There are food options within walking distance. Can also walk to Casco Viejo along the water.

Desafortunadamente no ha sido como en las fotos, por lo cual que me tuve que ir despues de 30 minutos despues de mi llegada. No me sentí comoda, porque estaba super sucio todo, el baño olía mal y no había jabón para lavar manos. Muy raro todo, no me gusto asique no lo recomiendo para alguien que le guste estar comodo y le gustan las habitaciones/baños limpios.

El lugar es muy agradebale, el tipo que atiende es muy agradable y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos pasos esta un restaurante donde es muy econcomico y a unos cuantos pasos mas un supermercado, pienso que esta cerca de todo lo que quise ver en panama No me agrado que el lugar no tenga opcion de cancelar o modifcar, buscando un poco sobre esta opcion en Hoteles.com encontré que es debido a que el lugar no lo ofrece. Hice una reserva en una fecha por error y ahora voy a perder esa reserva porque ya dejé el país.

Conforme pour ce que l'on attend d'un dortoir
Sejour de 2 nuits en dortoir, conforme a ce que j'en attendais. Le tres grand dortoir a comme inconvénient d'etre vraiment tres grand (22 couchettes) donc de pouvoir entendre vraiment tout le monde, et l'éducation de certains n'est vraiment pas de tout repos... Pour le reste, sanitaires et zones communes tres propres, eau filtrée à disposition, bien situé proche du métro. À recommander pour le prix.

Nice local hostel
Really friendly staff. Open 24/7. Nice location close to the beach and the old town. Fresh comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

施設は良いがスタッフの対応が悪さが残念
メトロの駅が近くにあり、移動には便利です。ドミトリーもベッドがカーテンでしきられ、プライバシーがたもたれています。私は６人部屋を予約し、一週間滞在するつもりでした。しかし、宿泊3日目の昼になり出掛けようとしたら、他の客が先に予約していたのでと急に大人数の部屋に移るように言われました。チェックインの時も前日も何度もスタッフとは顔を会わせていて何も言われていなかったのに、急に部屋の移動を言われ謝罪も何もありませんでした。その他にもトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの対応が悪く、結局途中でホステルをキャンセルして出ました。立地や部屋の設備は良かったので、スタッフの対応の悪さがとても残念でした。
