Baron by the Sea is beautifully decorated in an elegant but comfortable beach style and thoughtfully stocked with an abundance of amenities. Situated at the north end of the Cape; you can bike or walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the gulf and bay. This home is situated in one of the most prestigious developments on Cape San Blas. It is directly across the street from the awesome community pool and is just a short walk to the community's private beach access. The ground floor has parking for up to 4 cars, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, fire pit, kayak and beach cart. This is a reverse floor plan so, the kitchen, dining and living rooms are on the top floor which offers the best gulf views. Vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows provide a bright, airy and open gathering space. There is a large, screened porch which offers outstanding views to the gulf and community pool. The decks provide a venue for relaxing and taking in the view. The dining table seats 6, with an additional four seats at the kitchen island and a six-seat dining table on the deck. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities, stainless appliances and plenty of granite counter space. This wonderful home sleeps 10. First Level: \*Parking for 4 vehicles \*Hot tub \*Propane grill \*Outdoor Shower \*Paver patio w/fire pit Second Level: The second level is the “bedroom” level. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus when the purple flag was flying at the beach. There are two beach entrances and either one is an easy walk to the beautiful beach. It would take way longer to get to the beach from a high rise condo that sits directly on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable; it felt like home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is great for summer and fall beach vacations. Great amenities for a fall/winter beach trip. Hot tub and fire pit were nice for cooler nights and weather not permitting beach lounging. This home was exceptionally clean. No dust on baseboards, crevices or smelly 'beach odor'. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying with Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals, and it was a great experience! Baron by the Sea was a great house for our fall break trip with 5 adults and 3 children. The location was an easy walk to the beach with 2 access points close by. The pool was across the street although we did not use it (we prefer the ocean). There was also a hot tub and fire pit though we also did not utilize them on this trip. We spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful wide beach and calm clear waters. The house was lacking slightly on kitchen supplies such as large pots, sharp knives, and storage containers. However, Be Our Guest provided all the extras that we did not have to pack such as garbage bags, shampoo, soap, and even laundry detergent! Also great that beach towels were provided. Tons of beach chairs and toys were also included along with a kayak. I would recommend adding a life jacket as we had to rent one. Also the description said a beach cart was available and there was not one at the house. This was not a big deal for us as we have older children and the walk was short so it was easy to carry what we needed, but families with younger children could probably use one. It was perfect for a family get away and was great to have our pets with us. It was much closer to the beach boardwalk which was a great surprise. The living space is on the 3rd Floor which was fine for us but if you have guests who have trouble with stairs that could be a problem. Will definitely consider staying here again! ##### Anna D. Our pup loved first trip to the beach and there was plenty of room for the gear we brought (trailer, kayak and paddleboards). Access to beach was easy. We had a wonderful stay with (6 adults) two grown daughters, their husbands, three grandchildren under age 4 and a dog. A lovely beautifully decorated and new home made our stay so nice . We enjoyed the fire pit, the screened in porch , and the pool right across the street. The house was so well equipped with beach gear such as a wagon , beach chairs , a kayak, 2 umbrellas and beach toys . We loved the beautiful quiet beach and especially enjoyed using the kayak. Everything was perfect and even better than we had hoped. Very short walk to the beach. Beach was very secluded. Home was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach toys/towels and toiletries.
