Beautifully decorated, pet friendly! Katmandu is a new build; completed in March 2019\. This outstanding new home is ready for your beach vacation. Situated at the north end of the Cape; it’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just 200 steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and Bay. \*The ground floor has parking for up to 4 cars, a large outdoor shower and a patio with a gas grill. There is a private master suite with its own entrance, dedicated shower and a wet bar with a refrigerator. The home resides in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach access. The landscape is natural and relaxed with a short walk to the water's edge. \*The second level includes the main living area with kitchen, dining, family and laundry room and three bedrooms. There is a king master suite which includes a large walk-in tiled shower and quartz vanity. The two guest rooms share a beautifully appointed bath with tiled tub/shower and quartz vanity. One guest room offers a king bed and the other features two twins. \*The back deck provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the gulf view. The dining table seats 8\. The house was a very short walk to the beach and we loved how private it felt. We were there after Christmas, so it was cold but worth it. On Cape San Blas there are a few restaurants and a market to get some groceries. Port St Joe is about 20 minutes away, which has a cute downtown area for eating and shopping. I love Cape San Blas and this beautiful home. Kathmandu was nothing short of perfect for our family. The views of the gulf and peaceful neighborhood were so relaxing. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect because we wanted to stay somewhere that had a good view and didn’t require a car to get to the beach. We were the first renters in Katmandu, as it is a new Cape San Blas beach house. It was our first time to the area and we fell in love with it. The house is beautifully done and had everything we needed and more. We found it extremely kid and dog friendly which was a big requirement for us. There were many thoughtful little touches as well.
