The selection includes bikes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, corn hole, umbrellas and chairs. There is a delivery fee but well worth it. FYI, We provide Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs and lots of beach toys for the beach. \*\*\* No need to rent or bring chairs.\*\*\* A TROPICAL BREEZE, North Cape, is a luxury beachfront home with an incredible view of beautiful, white-sand beaches and natural sand dunes, where dolphins can be seen close to shore almost daily. A Tropical Breeze is located 1/4 mile from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. A great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into making this your perfect home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped, full size, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and Mikasa seashell dishes. No mismatched anything in this kitchen. Everything is in place to make it a pleasure to cook large meals. Features: Elevator to all floors, Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom, 60" flat-screen TV in the living area and 46" flat screen TV in large master, smaller flat screens in the other 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, plus the 8.5-mile bike path. The beachside of Tropical Breeze features a lower screen porch with a 7-person sectional and a large wood table that seats 8\. There is also a large upper porch with 4 chaise lounges and 4 Polywood Adirondack chairs. A view of the sunset and beach can be enjoyed from either level. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, tv and name. The master suite is 'White Sands' and features a 4 poster, king-size bed, executive desk, 46' flat-screen TV, WI-FI, Gulf-view, deck and an oversized bath with his and her vanities, large glass shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second master is 'Kings Crown', which includes a king-size Victorian bed, 32' led flat-screen TV and a gulf view. 'Palm Paradise' is located on the main floor, with a queen-size, sleigh bed, a large Jacuzzi tub and a view of the sunrise. 'Under the Sea' is decorated with a tropical fish theme and has 2 sets of bunk beds, full on the bottom and twin on the top. Also for the kids or kids at heart, we have our 'Beach Club' on the large patio under the house, which includes a seating area, picnic table, gas grill and an outdoor enclosed hot water shower. This house offers a large selection of areas to sneak away for an hour or two. If you are in need of additional space for a larger group, it may be possible to rent one or both of the 4 bedroom homes next to Tropical Breeze. The three homes combined could accommodate 35 people. Tropical Breeze is a NON SMOKING property and does NOT allow pets. Cancellation policy: Payments/ deposits will not be refunded unless we can recoup by rebooking your dates to another guest. The further out you cancel, the better chance there is that we can rent at the full price. If you cancel at the last minute and we can't rebook that week, there would be no refund or if we have to rebook it at a great discount then you would get whatever we can recoup from the new renters. If there is a mandatory Cape San Blas evacuation, then you would get a full refund for the days not used. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. One option is Red Sky Travel Insurance. We had great naps on the screened porch. The lounge chairs on the upper deck were so comfortable. The elevator made it possible for our family and anyone with special needs/ disabilities. The location and beach were perfect My only concern with the location is that it is right next door to barrier dunes ( large condo / neighborhood) who lacks a beach due to erosion and thus the people staying there pack up and come to this side of the beach and do not mind sitting 2 feet away from you. So go out early and set up but give yourself a few extra feet. Roni is an awesome communicator and was very helpful in planning our trip. What a great trip to the Cape and A Tropical Breeze. This house is amazing...so much space and it has everything you need. So clean it feels as if it is brand new. The beach was perfect and the State Park, just steps from the house, was so much fun to explore. My wife and I have vacationed on the Cape nearly every year since 1984, and this property is one of our absolute favorites. From the initial conversation with the owner, Roni, to final checkout, the experience was seamless.The house is well-stocked with amenities, including plenty of beach-related essentials to make travel easier. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the kitchen—filled with new appliances and cookware—makes cooking a breeze, even with multiple people in the space.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. We ate most of our dinners outside, taking in the beautiful weather. The elevator was also a major plus, making it easy to bring items (and people) upstairs. There is plenty of parking, and an outdoor seating area near the gas grill made for relaxing meal-prep outside.My family and I will absolutely choose A Tropical Breeze again in the future! ##### Greg W.
