The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

This charming condo has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals and beach snacks easy. Gather in the living room area and plan tomorrow's adventures or rest after swimming your day away in one of the shared swimming pools. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the private balcony, or spend time with family watching the sunset. Take advantage of the resort's shared on-site amenities that include said swimming pools, a gym/fitness room, a shared hot tub, and more! This home is located in the very popular Summit Beach Resort, which is just a stone's throw from everything fun. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from your door! Dine on local seafood or other menu items at any of the nearby restaurants. Head half a mile east to find several family-friendly opportunities for fun such as Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, WonderWorks Panama City Beach, and Race City!

Girls trip

The entire condo itself was outdated but sufficient, although several of the light fixtures did not work. The refrigerator needs to be updated, door wouldn’t stay closed without talking the bottom drawer off. All the dishes were dirty upon arrival. Property elevators are super slow.
