The view from the bedroom was magnificent. The rooms were very clean and the staff allowed us to check in before 4pm For a longer staying, more storage would be helpful and maybe a bistro table to have your coffee. The short walk to the beach and the parking available on both sides of the hotel were awesome.

Price was amazing, but we got a good deal and beds were super comfortable. There was sand all around the edges of the room and the bathroom when we first got there. The bathrooms are small but everything was nice.

We loved that the hotel is on the beach! It was nice to wake up and go on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, and see the ocean view. The room was definitely bigger than we were expecting! It was the perfect size (and some) for a family of six (2 adults & 4 small kids) the bunk room was the best thing we have come across while traveling with littles

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their great service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was so pleased with my experience that I actually decided to extend my stay for another night! 😊 I think that says a lot about how comfortable and welcomed I felt here. I love that is is on the water. I watched the sunset from my balcony. The only snag I hit was one of the outside showers did not work. It's a great location, nice size rooms. I would stay there again.

I loved this hotel especially its proximity to the beach! We only used the pool once because we were at the beach but it was not the cleanest but it was 9 at night. I do wish both elevators had been working but it wasn’t a terrible wait.

Check in was easy , parking great , room was clean , nice view . I would suggest adding a table and chair so you can sit down somewhere besides to bed to eat . Our key cards did stop working and after several trips to the front desk to get new cards they still didn’t work so we didn’t have access to get back into our room if we left the door pad had stopped working .We went to dinner and maintenance let us back in and we left the next morning.

We have stayed in just about every type of property in PCB including hotels, motels, condos, townhomes, time shares and even campsites. This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely be back. The entire property has been renovated so everything was either new or appeared to be new. The bed, pillows and bedding were all very comfortable, all bathroom and showers have been updated and the two A/C units kept the rooms cool even in August. The balcony is curved which produces more space and the view was fantastic.

Everything was very nice. The trip was long and tiring and we just needed a soft clean bed and was not disappointed. The bed was the softest and the pillows were perfect. The room was clean. If I had anything to complain about it would be the floors in our room were sticky. As far as amenities go if there would have been a microwave and a chair or couch then it would have topped the star ratings. Overall no complaints. Abd I recommend this place to others.

The staff was all friendly. The beds were comfy & room had a great view. It was clean & appeared to be going thru updates. There wasn’t many amenities, There was mold on the walls so that was a little scary. There was also tape on the ceiling that was odd. We didn’t notice the mold until the window was open as there is almost no lighting in the room. We were only there for a weekend so we just toughed it out.

This property was great for a budget price. It’s an old building, so not perfect, but it was still nice. Our balcony was wonderful and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The staff was friendly. The convenience was awesome. You can walk right to the beach! The only issues we had were that the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. That wasn’t awesome. Also, our lighting in the room did not work, so we had to do without enough lights. Otherwise, I’d stay here again.

The room itself was clean but the floor felt dirty, sandy. The staff was really nice. I The view was beautiful. I just didnt like that they didn't provide hand soap and the beds were preety hard. And there was only one elevator working so it took longer to go to and from the room.

Listen to our review! The hotel is being remodeled and it is super nice. We stayed in the building where you check in, in an accessible handicap room. It was room 204, very nice and clean. The view from our balcony was very beautiful and nice and overlooked the pool and of course the ocean and pier! There was only air conditioning unit working though, but there was a provided fan in the other. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay, friendly staff and decently priced it’s for you then! I also was scared of the reviews but we gave it a shot and don’t regret it!

At the time of our stay the elevator was down and they put us on the 5th floor. Once we were in the room the floors were so greasy we took a towel and wiped the floors so that we wouldn't be sliding across the floor. The towel looked as if it had not been mopped in a month. We had trouble with the tv also. The only good thing is that it's on the beach and the staff were really nice and understanding about my concerns. Ultimately will not be staying there the next time I am in PCB.

I think they forgot which room i checked into because the “daily housecleaning” didn’t start til i had been there 4 days. It took 6 days before an accidental double charge for resort fees was removed from my credit card. Only one small microwave in the lobby for all guests. One elevator broken, only 1 fuctional elevator for the entire hotel and fir my entire stay. I wasnt looking for fancy but a little more attention to detail would have been nice. Lovely view of beach from balcony. Several trip hazzards on property due to unexpected poorly marked steps at night
