The instructions do not match what you really must doā€”call security and they will tell you. You must go to the main gate for Water Soundā€”the one with the arches and one past the shops heading west. They will give you the card with the bar code that gets you in the main gate. Finally the garage door opener stopped working toward the end of our stay. It was fixed. This is the second year, there have been problems we rented through 360 Blue. Issues to be aware of if traveling with visitors who rely on elevator, elevator was broken 3xā€™s during our 1 week stay (no signage informing guests). Unfortunately upon arrival, departure and 1 day mid week. My mother in law was staying with us and uses a walker to move, this made the nearest elevator a long walk and there is only one handicapped parking spot in these buildings, on the opposite end from the elevator. Parking is also challenging-I wonder how people handle it if a busier time to visit (spring break/summer). Overall very accommodating condo, well appointed (throw blankets were lovely) and wonderful view. Beach is always gorgeous and chairs are a plus. We also had issues accessing the bikes provided in the garage. Water sound itself is beautiful but the many gates and codes are a bit frustrating and some didnā€™t open on the property. Despite correct code.
