Do you dream of a vacation where you just want peace, privacy, and away from crowded beaches, while still being close to everything? You will find all of this at Sand Dollar Hideaway. This amazing oasis is a four bedroom/ four bath private home that is just steps from the beach in the private luxury neighborhood of Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach. Sand Dollar Hideaway is a 3BR/3BA main house with a 1BR/1BA guest house which both have full kitchens and your own private saltwater pool. This is truly the Perfect Beach Vacation Hideaway!

The Main House lower floor has a NEW Kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, sunroom, a bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds in it and another full bathroom with walk in shower. The whole 2nd floor of the main house is the newly remodeled Master Bedroom Suite with new bathroom and a large private balcony overlooking the saltwater pool.

The Guest house located over the (Owner Only) garage, also has a NEW Bathroom AND its own private balcony overlooking the private saltwater pool. Inside the guest house is a studio apartment with everything needed for a separate living space including King Size Bed, Queen Size Pull Out Sofa, workspace, full kitchen and full bathroom!

The luxury private saltwater pool is fenced around the pool decking and includes an outdoor shower!

Sand Dollar Hideaway is only a 3-minute walk from the front door to the PRIVATE beach of Gulf Pines Neighborhood!

Gulf Pines is a PRIVATE low-density neighborhood with mostly full year residents, making it feel even more peaceful. This means you will not be surrounded by lots of people or crowded beaches that comes along with most condos and neighborhoods that are crammed with tons of rental houses that require only access to public beaches.

Gulf Pines is directly next to Sandestin Resort, so this neighborhood still gives all the easy access to Sandestin`s Baytowne Wharf, many activities, and shopping, and dining, all around Miramar Beach or Destin.

Sea Tropez is small but professional and attentive to detail run company. We have 4 Beautiful condos and 1 house in the Destin Miramar Beach area for rent.

A $99 Nonrefundable damage waiver fee will be charged to you after booking. This covers up to $1,000 accidental damage. Details are in the contract you will sign.

We do book this property for full month stays to snowbirds. Please inquire about special rates!

The pool will be heated to atleast 72 March through Thanksgiving. It will likely be much warmer than that most of the time, because of the weather in Florida. Also, the 102 degree hot tub water spills over into the pool after usage. That being said, we can heat it up to 83 degrees for an extra $50 a night if your stay is outside of that time frame or if you just want it warmer in the Spring or Fall.

Bath Towels are provided but not Beach Towels
The cleaning company provides a starter set of TP, Trashbags, Papertowels and soaps, but you will typically need to get some more for your entire stay.

This property was wonderful! We truly enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, the common area comfortably seated our family, the beds sleep exceptionally well and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. But most of all, I appreciate Ami & Justin’s quick response to all of our questions/concerns. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I and our friends REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The temps weren't quite that warm, so the heated pool and the hot tub were a BIG hit every day we were there! We enjoyed having the golf cart delivered for the week and rode back and forth to the beach several times. Such a fun stay!!

Amazing Home

Sand Dollar Hideaway is a gorgeous home! So much room for everyone in our family! The pool house was perfect for our adult son. So private and quiet! Having a large family pool was a wonderful treat! We would walk the beach, which was very close, and then come back to swim for hours!! The owners, Justin and Ami, were wonderful hosts! Very attentive and great with communication! We hated to have to leave! Cant wait to come back!

A Place to Make Memories

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Grandparents, siblings, and children - we all had a beautiful, clean, and spacious place to both spread out and come together throughout the day. We enjoyed our proximity to the beach, and spent hours in the hot tub and pool on the property. We took long walks through the neighborhood and appreciated the feeling of being in a home instead of a high-rise environment. We would definitely recommend, and look forward to vacationing here in the future!

The best stay you could ask for

This property was amazing. Especially with two separate living areas for privacy. It rained quite a bit and it was a little chilly the last day however with the hot tub built into the pool it was easy to relax all day outside. It definitely has the second home vibe and it is advertised as such. I will rebook.

Tucked away GEM!!!!

So close to the beach with such easy access. The pool was great with the Hotub. The house was very nice and clean. With a very cool separate apartment. The beach was so pretty and the one thing my family loved was the private beach. Plenty of shopping all around with great deals. So many choices of food as well. My family truly enjoyed our stay. We are already looking for our return date to DESTIN!!!!!

Home away from home!

This house is awesome! There were 12 adults staying, and we all had plenty of room. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The beds are AMAZING! We had bad storms at the beginning which blew debris into the pool and hot tub. The owners had someone out within a couple of hours to clean it. Ami was so friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful home, wonderful vacation

There was 7 total of us and we were so pleased with the house and the room above the garage. Very short walk to the beach. ( my friend and I love walking the beach, it’s how we start the day until everybody wakes up.) The pool and hot tub , which my husband used every day was so so nice. House was equipped with everything we needed”everything”. We had a couple small issues which Ami and Justin took care of right away. Would recommend this home for sure, and we’ve already spoken to Ami about next year already. Need a great vacation home?, look no further- you will be pleased with this one! . Great beach house!

We had a wonderful week at Ami's property!! The house is beautiful with a wonderful pool, that my kids loved!! It was very clean and had had a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We didn't use the apartment but it was very nice as well. It's a short walk to the beach and if you don't feel like walking you can park right in front of the private beach entrance. Since the beach is private to the community it was not busy. Ami was really easy to work with and if I had any questions she was able to help. The community is not far from the outlet malls, Grand boulevard shopping center and SO much more. I would definitely stay at this property again because the house, location and owner were great! Sad we still aren't there!

Miramar Rental

This is a nice property in a upscale neighborhood. Plus given to the private beach. It's quiet and close to everything. The pool was also nice. The room above the garage is interesting and offers some privacy. The house itself suffers some lack of attention to maintenance details, with sloppy paint, non working outlets and inadequate air conditioning. We found pans with burned on food in the cabinets, put away dirty. Appliances feel cheap. Grill isn't great. Pans are so cheap we went and bought a skillet. Beach access really needs two key fobs. Overall I think it's a decent rental due to location. I'd give it a B and a positive recommendation for rental.

Unforgettable beach vacation

This home is in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach. The home was very clean and a great setup for a large family or several families to stay together. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The location was close to everything including restaurants, entertainment, golf, and shopping. Amazing beach home and a perfect vacation!

We had an amazing vacation in this wonderful home! There was so much room for us and the furniture is top of the line. From the moment we entered the door we fell in love with this beautifully decorated home and knew we had booked the perfect place. The private pool and hot tub was amazing! It was wonderful that we could leave the living room door open and relax in the sunroom in the evenings. We also loved the guest suite above the garage and how it had its own separate full size kitchen, bedroom/living room, and balcony to enjoy. The walk to the beach was so easy and only took us a couple minutes to walk to. The owners provide chairs and umbrellas for their guests and that was a huge bonus. It was the most private beach we have ever been on and so peaceful. It is so close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. Ami was so quick to respond to any question we had. This was our second time staying at one of their properties and they never disappoint. We hated to leave. We will DEFINITELY be back to this beautiful beachside home🥰!!
