  • This peaceful lakefront condo on 30 A and is fully furnished for your enjoyment. Bedroom has king size bed.and pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room Has one bathroom . Vanity sink with large mirror in hallway for added convenience while getting ready. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry facility on the 4th floor. The balcony is off the living room that offers beautiful lakefront views. There is fishing out your front door. Bicycles are available to rent. Carillon Beach Inn has (4) beautiful pools to enjoy , one is oceanfront and one is heated. There are special community events held throughout the year where neighbors gather on the Village Green. Venture out to Rosemary Beach only 3 miles away. There are also grocery stores within walking distance. For more shopping adventure there is Pier Park 7 miles away . Pier Park offers movies, dining, Margaritaville and much more.. For the golf lover there are golf courses close by.
