Enjoy Gulf views from the balcony, a private pool, and an elevator for easy access across all 3 floors. Features include 4 king bedrooms, a bunk room, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and spacious living areas. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, style, and coastal luxury near Rosemary and Alys Beach.  
  
This 5-Bedroom, 6-bathroom is perfect for families and larger gatherings, offering: 4 Kings, and Bunk Room with 4 twin beds and a trundle bed. There is also a pull-out couch, Queen size, in the living room as well as a Daybed, full size bed with trundle, in the sitting area.  
  
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

A 3-story beach house (with elevator)! Four (4) bedrooms with King Size beds including a Master Suite with private balcony. Bunk room offers two (2) sets of bunk beds as well as a trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom! All beds have temperpedic mattresses, including the pull-out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, swimming pool and an elevator. This is an ideal beach house getaway for family and friends.  
  
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 16 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)  
  
Welcome to "Paradise Blessing!" Come see the breathtaking views of the beautiful gulf waters from the top floor balcony. Just a 3-minute walk to the Beach, truly one of best beaches in South Walton. This brand-new beach house has all the amenities of home and then some. Sliding glass doors open onto a top floor balcony with beautiful views of the ocean perfect for watching sunsets with your favorite beverage as well as sipping your coffee/tea in the morning.
