Welcome to Our Condo in Panama City Beach This charming and remodeled space is updated: property features 1 bedroom -with Tempur-pedic king bed and the Hallway beds with twin beds. You'll find 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Additionally, there's a cozy living room with an extra twin bed for added comfort. Enjoy all that Panama City has to offer when you stay at our place. The condo has warm colors painted throughout and also new flooring throughout the entire condo. Large living room with a 75 inch flatscreen TV for entertainment and a master bedroom has a 55 inch flatscreen for entertainment there as well.

Both are Wi-Fi connected. the balcony has a high table with two chairs for overlooking the beach and ocean with two additional Adirondack chairs suitable for four people on the balcony. This condo is on the first floor no elevators, easy access from the car , no elevators needed at any time. There is an indoor outdoor swimming pool across the street heated Pickleball courts and shuffleboard games there as well large parking garage covered for protection and safety. Well lit area. There are many kitchen amenities with pots and pans and silverware very nice large refrigerator and new stove.

There are plenty of safety features. There is a fire extinguisher underneath the sink multiple smoke detectors and a carbon dioxide detector. The AC and heating units function very well with a touch of a button. There are nice sconce lights down the hallway for safety as well. Both bathrooms have wonderful water pressure. It makes it enjoyable to clean off some of the sand from the fun day at the beach. You will truly love this condo. celadon is on the west side of the beach and it’s close to Rosemary Beach and also only a couple miles to Pierre Park.We’ve owned it for many years. Panama City Beach is a very fun city. We love the city and this condo and of course the emerald green ocean and white sandy beaches it’s just the best place in the world you will enjoy other amenities, such as 3 miles away is pier Park, where there’s a fishing pier in multiple shops and restaurants for dining there is also dolphin tours close by and and also boat rentals that can be obtained near the waterfront.

There is a second pool located right next to the condo oceanfront, which makes it very enjoyable to spend time with the family during your vacation. Both pools have hot tubs and our gated for Safety we have security people on the property 24 hours a day and easy access as well to call the owner or rental company for any help that you may need there are two sports complex properties very close which offer baseball fields basketball courts pickle ball and tennis courts Celadon condominiums where you will be staying also has the tennis courts.

Grocery stores are less than a mile away where you can get supplies for your family vacation whether you choose to relax on the new couch and watch your favorite sports game or travel out and enjoy the Panama City Beach, your sure to enjoy this wonderful vacation.
