the room needed a little freshening. no charge for parking. I like that. had continental breakfast that was nice. on a quiet street. close to where we needed to be for a doctor's appointment. microwave and fridge working. for the price and a one night stay I would book again if needed

The room was clean and neat, with working refrigerator, and a microwave that I did not use. The swimming pool looked clean, but I didn't go in. Plenty of parking, though maybe not if the motel is full. You enter the parking from a side street which has a traffic light, so it is easy to get in and out coming either direction on El Camino. My only complaint is that the entry cards quite often don't work, but there is always someone available to help.

This is a modest motel with some odd inconsistencies room to room. Whatever, the big plus of Oak Motel is its location location location. Nice little swimming pool too.

So the bathroom is all little dated but the surrounding area is great and the place is quiet. There was a giant 65 in tv in the room so if you like to watch tv this is the hotel for you.

Motel is on the older side vs. all the big hotels surrounding it in Palo Alto close to Stanford. Unfortunately there was an incident where we had to vacate the room and the staff were great to accommodate us. Everything was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities except a coffee maker without coffee so I reckon you needed to ask for some. We aren’t coffee drinkers so we were fine. There was a nice continental breakfast. All in all it was worth the low price and I would come back again.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and understanding when I had issues with the key cards and retrieving personal items from the room that I had forgotten. I was grateful to have received an upgraded room on the lower level. I enjoy staying here more than where I am living. Carpet is always better, when available.

lots of parking, a really old hotel, but it was clean. I had appt at Stanford Medical and it was convenient. Lots of more expensive hotels right next to it. For the cost, it was a good deal. Just know it is old. It worked for a night.
