  • This historic waterfront cottage has the best views imaginable. Inside recently redone with new appliances and furniture.This home has all the amenities to make your stay memorable. Situated right on the Snead Island Cut, this home has direct access to the Manatee River, Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat, or arrange for a rental and keep it at the private dock. The 365 acre Emerson Point Park is a short walk, or bike ride away, or grab the kayak and paddle to this beautiful park and enjoy the historic Indian mounds and scenic trails and white sand beaches.

    Relax, stick your toes in the sand on the private beach and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by the dock. Fish off the dock or call one of the many guides in the area to help you catch the big one.

    Restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores and a museum with planetarium are all a short 15 minute drive away. St Petersburg and Sarasota are less than a 1/2 hour drive away and both have great cultural and shopping opportunities available.
