O atendimento pessoal é muito bom, todavia precisam melhorar. Os guarda-roupas precisam ser revitalizados, ter cabides, ganchos para pendurar roupa, sabonete de primeira qualidade. A chave magnetica precisa ser atualizada.... foi reprogramada por 3 vezes.

Pior hotel que me hospedei na vida

Talvez tenha sido a pior experiência em hotelaria que eu tive. Condições de higiene péssimas. Não arrumaram o quarto, não trocaram toalhas, não disponibilizaram papel higiênico e os banheiros, inclusive do restaurante estavam imundos. Além de tudo, pagamos uma tarifa altíssima,em função de um concurso que estava ocorrendo na cidade.

Minha reserva não foi localizada, limpeza a desejar. Ou hoteis.com ou o hotel me enganaram: o site apresentou uma promoção para o quarto luxo, que de luxo, nada tinha. quarto e wc super pequenos. Cafe da manha fraquinho. Existem hoteis mais simples e bem melhores.

Bom Hotel

Hotel bem localizado, (Ap. 110), cama confortável, limpeza diária do quarto e do banheiro, atendimento muito bom. Tivemos um inconveniente com a lâmpada do quarto, que quando era desligada no painel da cama não ligava mais, porém foi um problema superável. O café da manhã precisa melhorar, pois cerca de 90% dos itens são pães e biscoitos. Sugiro incluir pelo menos raízes (batata doce, aipim, inhame, etc.) e a variedade de frutas (só tinham dois tipos). É possível servir um café da manhã simples, barato, saboroso e saudável.

Terrível !!!

Tudo horrível, nos colocaram em um quarto caído o teto. Com batata subindo pelo Ralo. Café da manhã não tinha nada ! Falaram que tinha acabado até o pão. Pedi um shampoo as 18:00 horas e eles falaram que não poderia, pois a camareira já tinha ido embora. Tudo um absurdo.

Cheguei com a confirmação em mãos e cansado. A reserva não estava na recepção . Demorou quase uma hora para eu entrar no quarto, isso as 18:30 da tarde. O quarto não tinha o telefone, não tinha controle do ar nem da TV. No dia seguinte , MEIO DIA EM PONTO, quando eu arrumava minhas malas , a faxineira bateu na porta dizendo pra eu me aprontar logo pois já era meio dia. Fora alguns incômodos bem desgastantes a equipe e boa e se prontifica a resolver os problemas oriundos da falta de estrutura e preparo.

Hotel muito caro para o que oferece de conforto

O hotel possui instalações um pouco antigas. No quarto, a TV ainda era de tubo, apenas canais abertos. Frigobar já com uns 10 anos de uso. Deixamos garrafas de água no congelador de um dia pro outro e não congelou. Sobre o ar condicionado: não resfriava bem, apenas o suficiente para não passar calor. O controle do ar é compartilhado com outros quartos, não tinha um controle apenas para nosso quarto. Café da manhã também deixa um pouco a desejar.
