This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Majorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was. It has a capacity for 2 adults + 2 children, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. The apartment is on the ground floor. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center. Booking conditions: \- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. Rules: \-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized. \-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment. \-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit. Please keep in mind. It took me two years to save for this vacation.Upon our arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. There were only two towels and a floor mat provided for our family of four, and the sofa bed was not made up with sheets. When we finally found the sheets, they appeared unwashed and were bundled together, which was concerning.Most importantly, the air conditioning did not work during our entire four-day stay. Despite my complaints and your assurances that a technician would be sent, the temperature in the room remained uncomfortably high, reaching around 101F. We had to take multiple showers each night just to stay cool, which made our vacation quite stressful.Given the discomfort and challenges we faced during our stay, I believe a refund of at least 100% would be a fair resolution for the inconveniences we experienced. Cependant nous avons été déçu par l’infestation de cafard, nous avons appelé le matin , on les a prévenu qu’il fallait faire une désinsectisation, ils ne sont pas venus. C’est avec acharnement jusqu’au soir que nous avons continué à appeler, sans qu’il nous trouve une solution. Après 26h d’attentes, pas dormi car il y avait les cafards, ils nous ont trouvé une solution et relogé. Cependant, l’amertume ressenti pendant l’attente, et le "passez une bonne nuit" d’une personne qui nous répondait par message nous font amèrement regretter notre choix.
