The one bedroom apartment has a capacity of up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed and sofabed on the living). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It's located on the third floor without lift. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Fully equiped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower. No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born. “Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: \- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. \-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation. \-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. \-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. The rooms were clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Gina was wonderful at keeping in touch and was very quick to reply to any messages. Our comment would be that the sofa bed is not the most comfortable so could do with a mattress topper to be added for extra comfort. But otherwise a very pleasant stay! They had all the amenities we needed as well as a couple of extra blankets and pillows for a cozy night. The kitchen is kitted out with pots/pans but we mostly ate out. My friend booked the floor above so I got to see that they are set up similarly. And I would say that the 3rd floor apartment is a lot more spacious than the 4th floor but that's because it doesn't have the balcony - so that depends on your fancy. But they are kind, courteous and comprehensive in their information and gave good info for airport travel in to the apartment.
